  1. Checking in! No blogpost this time, I linked to Instagram, I'm a newbie at it, but trying it out! so far I have finished the Doctor Who audio Tsar Wars, and just finished reading Binti. So I'm not doing terrible! I know there's no way I will finish American Gods, it's just too hefty, but I'll at least get a start on it, and I should also be able to finish Caves of Steel that I'm listening to. Hope everyone is having a great week!

  2. I am having a wonderful readathon, quality not quantity. Really reignited my thirst for science fiction--especially hard science--and i plan to read much more. So far 4 novels, 1 short story completed. Great prize ideas! Archie.standwood.author@gmail.com

  4. I did post a couple updates on Twitter. I finished my audiobook, Souljacker by Yasmine Galenorn which I had started before the RAT. It was urban fantasy, but you did say that still counted :) I'm still listening to The Book of Ivy by Amy Engel, and I'm really REALLY enjoying that one!! I'm not making much progress in my bedtime book, Raging Star by Moira Young.

Please enter me in the giveaway! My email address is darlenesbooknook AT gmail DOT com, thanks!

  6. A late check in, but by this time I was well into A Court of Thorns and Roses, with only a little time spent with Oryx and Crake. The Country of Ice Cream Star will have to wait.

  7. Way late check-in. To be honest, I forgot about the mid-event check in. My wrap-up post is already up. I only finished one book, but I enjoyed it - except for having to wait now for the next in the series.
